Shipping
- All orders $75 and above qualify for free shipping domestic. Any orders outside of the USA are charged normal rates.
- Orders placed before 3pm central time are shipped out same day. Orders after 3pm central time are shipped next day.
- All orders are shipped by USPS priority insured shipping
- Staver Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your item is damaged please contact our support team
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Staver Health is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Staver Health is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
STAVER HEALTH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, STAVER HEALTH will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
30 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- Return inspection process takes 2-3 days for completion
- Returns must be submitted before the 30 day period that starts on the date the order was delivered.
- Any apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition. All t-shirts are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from staverhealth.com
- We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.
- Exchanges are 100% free and also fall under the 30 return policy with proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping labels.
- Returns/Exchanges are only accepted in the U.S.A.
Refunds
- Refunds are applied within 4-7 days are inspection is complete
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied for any tampered items or returns.
- Notification email will be sent on the approval or rejection on a returned/exchanged item.
